Started a growing taller help blog!

I have started my own blog today about growing taller.. just thought id tell you all about it basically I found a couple months ago some shoe lifts which ever since I haven't gone anywhere without as they are my little confidence booster and height booster as well. anyway I have made the blog to tell people all about them really...... im not selling them or anything like that just thought id give other people a helping hand! I dont just blab on about the insoles though I also talk about other ways you can get taller which may help people.. or may not it really depends on whether you can be bothered to do the stretching exercises and diet plans.. I think that's why people like the insoles so much as it is a cheating way!
